Likewise, we form long-term business relationships with our customers, as we make it a priority to always deliver the correct quality at the optimal price, at the time agreed. 

Quality assurance

To ensure that our products comply with the certified content analyses, we operate a tight quality control system.

Any product falling outside the correct quality definition is automatically discarded.  In addition to this, we run a carefully regulated sampling system to monitor our product quality after delivery. 

Our corporate philosophy is to be a reliable partner and supplier always with the capability of supplying the agreed product in the right quality to the right price to the time agreed. In order to be capable of this we strive for continuous improvement of our processes and of our organisation by training and education .We are having focus on the individual customer and legal demands from the authorities involved with the aim to reach the highest level of product safety.

Time

Chr. Olesen Group owns warehouses in strategic positions around the world, enabling expedient delivery to our international customers.

All shipping is administered centrally from the shipping department in Copenhagen with 24/7 opening hours. From here we ensure that an optimal flow of documents follow the goods and we track the shipment, until it is delivered safely at the right address.

Upon delivery all shipment documentation and reports are immediately passed over to the buyer, so that our products may enter production without delay.

Price

Chr. Olesen Group is a lean organization with a high degree of flexibility and individual decision capacity.

With representation on all continents, we are able to closely monitor fluctuations and developments in the raw materials market. We advise our customers about the optimal time to buy and carefully balance the purchase due date with the price development of the product. Just as we constantly regulate the purchase volume, in order for our customers to benefit fully from favourable price developments or, adversely, protect themselves against negative price developments.
