Product quality

Chr. Olesen Pharmaceuticals A/S work exclusively with selected principal manufacturers that have proven to consistently meet the standards and demands of our different markets. All our products are accompanied by full documentation according to the requirements of FDA, EMEA, EDQM and other local authorities.

We have developed a proprietary quality control system to ensure that all our products live up to the accompanying Certificate of Analysis. Any product that does not meet the required standards will automatically be discarded.

Our principal manufacturers and individual productions are inspected by Chr. Olesen Pharmaceuticals A/S on a regular bases. The auditors of Chr. Olesen Pharmaceuticals A/S perform audits according to ICH Q7A guidelines. Customers are offered access to our Audit Reports generated for each product and each principal manufacturer.

Competitive pricing

Our goal is to offer our customers the best market price measured over time. The selection of our principal manufacturers is partly based on their strategic competitive position regarding each specific product, and thanks to the large volumes that Chr. Olesen Pharmaceuticals A/S purchases and distributes each year, we benefit from trading terms second to none. We make sure that our advantage becomes our customers’ advantage too.

Timely delivery

Timely delivery is a key priority, and just-in-time deliveries are made possible from our warehouses situated in three central EU countries. To match our customers’ needs the best possible way, we design each shipping and delivery structure in collaboration with the individual customer.

All shipping procedures are handled centrally from the Chr. Olesen Group headquarters in Copenhagen. From here we ensure that an optimal flow of documents follow the goods and we track each shipment, until it is delivered safely at the right address. Our customers are kept informed about the shipment status and expected delivery time.
