Product list
Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate
In the pulp and paper industry, magnesium sulphate heptahydrate (MgSO₄·7H₂O) is used as a processing aid during the kraft pulping process. It acts as a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide when used as a bleaching agent, helping to control the reaction and prevent excessive fiber degradation. Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate also improves the strength properties of the pulp, contributing to better fiber bonding and enhancing the quality of the final paper product.
Magnesium Sulphate Anhydrous
Magnesium sulphate anhydrous (MgSO₄) is similarly used in the pulp and paper industry, primarily as a drying agent. It helps control moisture levels during the production process, ensuring proper drying of the pulp and paper. By maintaining the right moisture balance, magnesium sulphate anhydrous improves the efficiency of the drying process, reduces energy consumption, and enhances the paper’s strength and smoothness.
