We started as a village grocery store. Today we’re a global enterprise. Through five generations, our entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to reliability have driven onwards – from small town Denmark, to wherever you are in the world.
The first warehouse opened by Mads Chr. Olesen in Aggersund, Denmark.

Mads C. Olesen sells off the company’s original grain and feed business, shifting the business to focus on trading feed ingredients under the name Chr. Olesen & Co. A/S. This sets the direction for the company to expand into a global distributor of feed, food, pharmaceutical ingredients, as well as elements for technical industries. -
Mads C. Olesen takes over and restructures the company, beginning by adding a new business area selling ingredients to the feed industry. -
Ole Christian Olesen takes over the company, investing in silos and new technology to streamline the handling of growing volumes of grains and feed.

Godik Christian Olesen is among the first in Danish distribution to replace horse carriages with trucks to transport large volumes of grain and feed to farmers.

Mads Chr. Olesen starts a grocery and goods store in Aggersund, Denmark. He later expands the company with a wood and hardware store and eventually grows into a supplier of grain animal feed, which becomes the foundation of the business for the following generations.
