Our food certifications demonstrate our commitment to health and safety and provide license-to-operate in the international distribution business. We work daily to ensure the products we distribute meet both statutory and regulatory quality requirements, while also balancing the needs and expectations of our customers.
DS/EN ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. To meet the certification standards, we ensure that products are consistently manufactured to meet customer and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on process control, risk management, personnel training, and continuous improvement. Chr. Olesen Nutrition A/S is certified according to DS/EN ISO 9001:2015 standards. However, the processes and principles are implemented throughout the entire group of Chr. Olesen subsidiaries within Europe and the USA.
FAMI-QS is a globally recognized certification system for companies producing or selling feed additives and premixes. This certification shows that we meet standards in accordance with European feed hygiene regulations in preventing unsafe ingredients from entering the food chain. Chr. Olesen A/S in Denmark, Chr. Olesen GmbH in Germany, and Chr. Olesen SA in Belgium, are certified according to FAMI-QS – but the processes and principles of FAMI-QS are implemented throughout all our subsidiaries in Europe and the USA.
