The products for all EU-based customers are handled and registered in compliance with REACH and CLP/GHS regulations. Non-EU customers can expect complete adaption to their shipping and labelling instructions, and all customers can expect compliance with international regulations for the transportation of chemicals by our logistic partners.
Sourcing
Chr. Olesen ChemPharm GmbH sources, imports and distributes intermediates and raw material from carefully selected manufacturers in China, India, and Europe. Moreover, in close cooperation with our trusted producers we develop tailor-made substances as per customer’s demands.

Supplier and Material Qualification:Our QA qualifies producers and materials through audits, questionnaires, documentation review, and risk assessments.
Material Release Verification:Our QA reviews and approves certificates of analysis before release to ensure compliance with the specifications as agreed on with customer and manufacturer.
Quality Agreements:QA establishes and maintains quality agreements and change notification agreements with key partners to ensure clearly defined responsibilities.
Change Control: QA makes sure that all changes impacting quality, materials, or processes are assessed, approved, and documented through our change control system.
Deviation and CAPA Management: QA investigates deviations and complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Document and Record Control: QA maintains controlled procedures, specifications, and records to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
Self-Inspections:QA performs regular self-inspections, verify ongoing compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
Training and Qualification:QA supports proper and continuous training and qualification of all personnel to ensure the personnel perform their duties in accordance with current requirements.
